Mayor of Shiroi City and President of Shiroi City Nashi Growers Association paid a courtesy call on the Ambassador

On 26 August 2015, Mr. Fumio Izawa, Mayor of Shiroi City and Mr. Michiyuki Akimoto, President of Shiroi City Nashi Growers Association paid a courtesy call on H.E. Ambassador Sihasak Phuangketkeow to introduce pear, main agricultural product of the City. Shiroi City will bring pear to participate in Chiba Fair that will be held in Thailand at the end of September this year. In addition, they exchanged opinions about the possibilities of exchanging knowledge between farmers of Shiroi City and those of Thailand.
