On 11 August 2013, Ambassador Thanatip Upatising led the officers of the Royal Thai Embassy and their spouses, and those of other Thai offices in Tokyo together with Thai community in Japan, to celebrate and make merit on the occasion of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit’s 81st Birthday Anniversary at Wat Paknam, Chiba prefecture.
