2013.11.2 Minister’s spouse joined foreign food fair at Kokusai High School

On 2 November 2013, Mme Porndee Lapisatepun, Minister’s spouse, attended foreign food fair at Kokusai High School, Tokyo, where Japanese and non-Japanese residents in Tokyo are enrolled.  This unique event is organized annually by the school’s Parents and Teacher Association’s International Exchange Committee in order to allow parents and teachers, in particular, to taste international food.

Mme Lapisatepun brought Namprik Ong (northern region’s chilli paste) to the event and demonstrated vegetable and fruit carving.  She also distributed the Royal Thai Embassy’s food recipe booklets to promote the art and culture of Thai food to the Japanese and non-Japanese, receiving much attention from the participants.
