2013.11.10 Consular Services at Wat Paknam, Chiba

On 10 November 2013, the Embassy, led by Ambassador Thanatip Upatising, arranged consular services for Thai community in Japan at Wat Paknam (Paknam Temple), Chiba prefecture.

The Embassy’s consular section, together with the Thai Network in Japan (TNJ), a volunteer-based organization run by Thais, assisted in passport issuance, legalization and household documents issuances as well as counseling for Thais experiencing with everyday life in Japan. At the same time, Office of Labour Affairs also provided consultation on working in Japan.
