Ambassador paid a courtesy call on President of the Democratic Party of Japan

On 20 August 2015, H.E. Ambassador Sihasak Phuangketkeow paid a courtesy call on Mr. Katsuya Okada, President of the Democratic Party of Japan. At the outset of the meeting, Mr. Okada conveyed his condolences for the victims of the recent bombing incident that took place in Bangkok. Ambassador Sihasak and President Okada exchanged views on various issues including the relationship between Japan and Thailand as well as the regional situations.
