On 12 August 2012, Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Chargé d’affaires as interim, led the officers of the Royal Thai Embassy and their spouses, and other Thai offices in Tokyo together with Thai community in Japan to celebrate and to make merit on the occasion of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit’s 80th Birthday Anniversary at Wat Paknam, Chiba prefecture.
