05.15 Mitsukoshi Bus Travel visited the Residence

On 15 May 2012, Mme Aumaporn Futrakul, the Ambassador’s spouse, welcomed 30 participants of the “Royal Thai Embassy Tour” organized by the Mitsukoshi Bus Travel, an extra activity of Mitsukoshi Department Store Headquarter in Nihonbashi. The briefing about the Residence’s history and presentation of a video clip on Thai tourism and cuisine were given. The participants were also explained about “Songkran”, the Thai traditional New Year, which they then tried its water-pouring ceremony. Discussion was made during lunch afterwards.
