07.03 Welcome dinner in honor ofnew Russian Ambassador

On July 3, 2012, H.E. Ambassador Virasakdi Futrakul and his spouse hosted a welcome dinner at the Residence for H.E. Mr. Evgeny V. Afanasiev, the new Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Japan and former Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Thailand, and his spouse.  Also presented at the dinner were senior diplomats who used to serve in Thailand and their spouse, namely, H.E. Dr. Samir Arrour, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Japan and former Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Thailand, H.E. Mr. Hideaki Kobayashi, former Ambassador of Japan to Thailand, and H.E. Mr. Masato Kitera, Deputy Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who was a Minister at the Embassy of Japan in Thailand.
