07.21 King Prajadhipok’s Institute Council visited Residence

On July 21, 2012, Shinagawa Ward’s staff gave a lecture on disaster prevention and flood control to members of the King Prajadhipok’s Institute Council, who were on a study trip in Japan. Ambassador Virasakdi Futrakul hosted a luncheon for them at the Residence. The members of delegation included General Sirindra Dhupklum, Professor Dr. Borwornsak Uwanno and Professor Dr. Wissanu Kreangam.
