02.07 Ambassador delivered welcome address at Believe in Thailand M.I.C.E. Road Show: Japan 2012

On 7th February 2012, H.E. Mr. Virasakdi Futrakul, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, gave welcoming remarks at the Believe in Thailand lunch hosted by Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) at Imperial Hotel, Tokyo. The function was aimed at promoting the MICE facilities in Thailand as well as presenting Thailand as candidate for hosting the World Expo 2020. Almost a hundred Japanese business leaders and members of the mass media attended the event.
Mr. Akapol Sorasuchart, President of TCEB, along with high ranking representatives from Thai authorities, including Bangkok Metropolitan Office, Chiang Mai Province, Pattaya City, Immigration Bureau, and Customs Department, were also present.
