11.01 Chargé d’affaires attended reception to celebrate Bangkok-Sapporo flight

On 1 November 2012, Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Chargé d’affaires, attended a reception to congratulate the Thai Airways International on its new international flight from Bangkok to Sapporo, at Sapporo City in Hokkaido. Executives from Thai Airways International, Hokkaido Governor and senior officers, executives from Hokkaido firms and Thai investors also presented.
Thai Airways International’s direct flight from Bangkok to Sapporo commenced its first flight on 31 October 2012 and schedules to continue the flight throughout the year. Flight TG 670, Bangkok-Sapporo, operates every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, departing at 23.45 hrs and arriving at 8.30 hrs. On the returning route, flight TG 671, Sapporo-Bangkok, operates every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, departing at 10.15 hrs and arriving at 15.45 hrs.
