12.14 Minister gave special lecture at Joshibi University of Art and Design

On 14 December 2012, Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Minister, gave a special lecture on Thailand and its culture, including Thailand-Japan relations, to approximately 70 Art & Design students of Introduction to International Exchange and Culture class. The university was established in 1900. It is the oldest private art university in Japan.
