2012.12.05 Emperor blessing H.M. the King

On 5 December 2012, H.E. Mr. Nobutake Odano, Imperial Palace’s Grand Master of the Ceremonies, delivered a congratulatory blessing message from His Majesty the Emperor of Japan to His Majesty the King on His Majesty’s 85th Birthday Anniversary at the Ambassador’s Residence. Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Chargé d’Affairesad interim, received the message on His behalf.
