On 10 September 2015, Ambassador Sihasak Phuangketkeow hosted a dinner for the delegation from Thammasat Consulting Networking and Coaching Center for advising on “Innovating the Thai rice industry to prepare for the coming ASEAN Economic Community” project with Department of Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce during the Japanese rice industry study trip in Japan on 10-13 September 2015. On this occasion, they attended lectures on Thailand-Japan relations by Mr. Yordying Supasri, First secretary, Thai rice situation in Japan, Thai rice products and Thai rice promotion in Japan by Mr. Choltisak Chawpaknum, Minister Counsellor (Agriculture) and Mr. Chairat Liengkajornkiet, Counsellor (Commercial).
