Niigata Prefecture supported Thai flood relief efforts

On 24 October 2011, Mr. Yukihiro Ikeda, Head of Niigata Prefecture Office in Tokyo,
paid a courtesy call on Minister Singtong Lapisatepun. As the representative of Niigata Prefecture,
Mr. Ikeda kindly delivered a letter of condolence on Thai flood and made 300,000 yen donation to help the victims.
