Royal Thai Embassy visited temporary shelter at Tagajo City, Miyagi Prefecture

On 4 May 2011 the Royal Thai Embassy, P.K. Siam and Wat Paknam Japan visited Takajo Bunka Center, a temporary shelter for earthquake and tsunami victims in Takajo City, Miyagi Prefecture.
The Embassy gave relief supplies to the victims such as 400 relief bags from the project “Helping Flood Victims in the Deluge Calamity” by Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya’s Miracle of Life Foundation, 2,400 bottles (600 ml.) of drinking water, stationary and flash lights. Moreover, the Thai community also distributed Thai food and fruits for the victims and volunteers in the area.
