Emperor blessed His Majesty the King

In the morning of 4^th December 2015, H.E. Mr. Akimoto Yoshitaka, Imperial Palace’s Grand Master of the Ceremonies delivered a congratulatory message from His Majesty the Emperor of Japan to His Majesty the King in the occasion to celebrate His Majesty’s 88th Birthday Anniversary at the Ambassador’s residence, welcomed by H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow and spouse, accompanied with Defence Attaché of the 3 militaries, Diplomats of the Royal Thai Embassy, Tokyo and spouse.
