Opening Ceremony of KASIKORNBANK Tokyo Representative Office

On 12th January 2015, Mr. Bhakavat Tanskul, Chargés d'affaires of the Royal Thai Embassy presided over the opening ceremony of the new KASIKORNBANK Tokyo Representative Office, located on the 18th Fl., Toranomon Hills Building. On this occasion, Mr. Banthoon Lamsam, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer and H.E. Mr. Seiji KOJIMA, Former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Kingdom of Thailand attended this event as well.

The KASIKORNBANK has had a representative office in Tokyo since 2010. With the launch of the ASEAN Community, there will be more business exchanges and activities between Thailand and Japan. So far, competition for Japanese investment in Thailand has increased, especially among local SMEs.
