Minister laid the wreath in memory of Hanako the Thai Elephant

On 27th May 2016 Mr. Bhakavat Tansakul, Minister, represented the Royal Thai Embassy and visited the Inokashira Park Zoo to meet with the zoo manager and laid the wreath in memory of Hanako the famous Thai elephant in Japan that passed away earlier yesterday.(26th May 2016)
