Fukuoka Governor met with the Ambassador

On 23 June 2016, Mr. Hiroshi Okawa, the Governor of Fukuoka met with H.E. Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag at the Ambassador’s Residence. Both exchanged opinions on how to further strengthen Fukuoka-Thailand relations either through trade, investment, youth exchange, environmental development, aging society and also arts and culture cooperation. On this occasion, the Fukuoka Governor asked Thailand to consider establishing a Royal Consulate in Fukuoka in order to enhance cooperation in every aspect in the future.
