The Minister of Science and Technology , Thailand met with the Minister of Science, the Cabinet Office of Japan

On 28 September 2016, H.E. Mr. Pichet Durongkaveroj, Minister of Science and Technology of Thailand and delegation together with H.E. Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag met with H.E. Mr. Yosuke Tsuruho, Minister of Science, Technology and Space, the Cabinet Office of Japan to tie cooperation for science and technology between Thailand and Japan. In particular, food science, robotics, space shuttle and medical, according to the New S Curve Policy of Thailand. This includes cooperation for developing Thai technician s to respond to the needs of the Japanese industry that invest in Thailand and for solving the same problems faced by both countries, such as the environment and power.
Japan would like to cooperate with Thailand in every aspect including space and satellites. In addition, Japan asked for a round table meeting of Science Ministers as well as an STS Forum in Kyoto, which will be held at the end of this week.
