The Minister of Science gave a keynote speech at the Japan Nano 2018 International Conference

On 16 February 2018, Dr. Suvit Maesincee, Minister of Science and Technology gave a keynote speech titled, “Thailand 4.0 “ at the Japan Nano 2018 International Conference. He mentioned the policy that developed the economy of Thailand into becoming a value-based economy. He stated, that this needs to be innovative and friendly to the environment as well as be able to decrease inequality and support the eradication of poverty in order to enhance 10 kinds of target industries' (s curves and new s curves) as well as developing the EEC to drive this policy. Thailand is ready to welcome foreign investment, including investment from Japan.
