The Ambassador witnessed the MOU Signing Ceremony between the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperative (MOAC) and the Japan Agricultural Exchange Council (JAEC)

On 30 March 2018, H.E. Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag witnessed the MOU Signing Ceremony between the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperative (MOAC) and the Japan Agricultural Exchange Council (JAEC) at the Royal Thai Embassy in order to extend the cooperation under the ASEAN Young Farm Leaders Training Program in Japan between April, 1, 2018 – 31 March, 2023.
This program has been organized since 1983 and aims to provide knowledge and experience in agriculture, appropriate new technology as well as enhance the people to people level relations. In the past, there were 35 batches of Thai young farmers participating and this 36th batch will be arriving in Japan on April 13, 2018.
