The Ambassador acted as the chair for the inaugural flight of NokScoot Airlines

On 1 June 2018, H.E. Mr. Bansarn Bunnag, the Ambassador of Thailand to Tokyo, presided over the inaugural flight of NokScoot using the Narita-Don Mueang route. On this occasion, the Ambassador congratulated and indicated that NokScoot's new flight route is a part of enhancing Japanese-Thai relations and strengthening the ties between the two countries. In this regard, the Ambassador cut the ribbon to officially open the inaugural flight, along with Mr. Giam Ming Toh, Vice President of NokScoot Airlines and senior representatives from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), Narita Airport and Tourism Authority of Thailand, Tokyo Office.
Furthermore, NokScoot flight XW 101, using the Boeing 777-200, is scheduled for departure from Narita Airport at 13.55 and arrival at Don Mueang International Airport at 18.25.
