The Royal Thai Embassy received a package from a child protection center in Japan to encourage the Thai youth soccer team who were trapped in ThamLuang Nang Non cave in Chiang Rai

On 13 July 2018, the Royal Thai Embassy received a package from a child protection center in Japan with well-wishing messages and a thousand paper crane inside, which the children in the center desired to sent them as an encouragement for the Thai youth soccer team who were trapped in Tham Luang Nang Non cave in Chiang Rai. The Embassy was honored and extremely grateful to be the representative to receive this special gift and will sent the gift to the children at Chiang Rai as soon as possible.Moreover, the Embassy would like to take this opportunity to express gratitude towards every Japan citizen who love and encourage Thailand as always, which make us even more aware that the relation between the people of Thailand and Japan is adamant and serves as a robust foundation of good relations between both countries in every dimension.
