The Ambassador attended the official opening ceremony of Banpu Power Japan

On 3 December 2018, Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag presided over the official opening ceremony of Banpu Power Japan at the hall of the Royal Thai Embassy. Ms. Somruedee Chaimongkol, CEO of Banpu Co., Ltd. Mr. Suthee Sukruen, CEO of Banpu Power Co., Ltd. and Mr. Wataru Shima, CEO of Banpu Power Japan Co., Ltd. also attended this event together with more than 200 distinguished guests.

Banpu Co.,Ltd. has started the business since 2000 and has invested in Solar project in Japan since 2015. Nowadays, there are 19 projects in Japan which 8 projects were already generated and sold, 4 projects have been still in construction and 7 projects have been in the process of applying for the permission. Total production is nearly 400 megawatts.
