Promotional event of “Japan through Diplomats’ Eyes” 2019, with the presence of Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado at the Thai Residence, Tokyo

On 4 April 2019, Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado graciously attended the promotional event of “Japan through Diplomats’ Eyes” Photo Exhibition hosted by His Excellency Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag at the Thai Residence, Tokyo, with the presences of more than 70 ambassadors.

The photo exhibition “Japan through Diplomats’ Eyes” continues to enjoy the patronage of Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado for 22 years. It has served as the forum to exchange views and good impressions between the Japanese people and diplomatic corps in Japan. The photo exhibition will be organized in Tokyo and other prefectures. This year’s theme is “Reflection on the Heisei Era” to celebrate the prosperity of the Heisei Era.

As “Japan through Diplomats’ Eyes” photo exhibition is a very important activity connecting diplomatic corps to the Japanese society and It is also a great honour for Thailand to have an opportunity to play an important role to further enhance the close connection with the Imperial family and with the Japanese people.
