CEO of Mae Fah Luang Foundation paid a courtesy call on the Ambassador

On 15 May 2019, M.L. Dispanadda Diskul, CEO of Mae Fah Luang Foundation under Royal Patronage led a delegation to pay a courtesy call on Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag at the Thai Residence. They discussed about strategies to raise awareness and broaden market opportunities in Japan for products of the Foundation’s own brand “Doitung”, particularly coffee and textile products, which has started to gain increasing awareness through support of Japanese business partners and recently displayed their products during the Thai Festival in Japan.
Doitung Development Project is one of the work units of Mae Fah Luang Foundation under Royal Patronage. The project is a social enterprise who manages the brand “Doitung” which produces food products such as coffee and macadamia, and handmade handicrafts products from local people in Doi Tung area of Chiangrai Province. Moreover, the organization aims to develop communities and create sustainability by providing integrated development cooperation with domestic and international partners.
