On 6 November 2019, Ambassador Singtong Lapitsatepun welcomed the delegation of Office of the Public Sector Development Commission (OPDC) who attended “the public sector development for digital generation planning program batch 1” led by Ms. Kittiya Kampie, Director of the Public Sector Administrative Directorate, OPDC. On this occasion, they listened to the briefing of Thai-Japan relations and the Ambassador answered the questions about bilateral relations
