Former Minister of Transportation received the 15th JICA President Award

On 8 October 2019, Minister Cherdchai Chaivaivid congratulated H.E. Mr. Arkom Termpittaya on the occasion that he received the 15th JICA President Award, 2019 from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). In this year, there were 58 awards which 3 award were given to Thailand; H.E. Mr. Arkom Termpittaya, Institute of Dermatology and the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security.
