Deputy Director of the Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand paid a courtesy call on the Ambassador

On 21 January 2020, Mr. Sumeth Prasongphongchai, Deputy Director of the Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand (Public Organization) paid a courtesy call on Ambassador Singtong Lapitsatepun to report the development and success of the institute including the importing gems from Thailand to be sold in Japan.
In addition, the Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand is responsible for the business of gem and jewelry of Thailand as well as promoting the colored gemstone project of Chanthaburi province which is an important trading center of gemstone to be the City of Gems of the world.
