2020 New Year's Party at Shinagawa District

On 7 January 2020, Mr. Romdej Phisalaphong, Minister Counsellor attended the New Year's Party of Shinagawa District at Shinagawa General Citizen's Hall "Curian". The opening speech was given by Mr. Takeshi Hamano, Mayor of Shinagawa District. There were a lot of distinguished guests from private and public sector representative as well as Ambassadors and Consuls General participating.
