President (Acting), King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang and President of Tokai University together with the delegation visiting the embassy

On 28 January 2020, Ambassador Singtong Lapisatepun assigned Mr. Romdej Phisalaphong, Minister-Counsellor to be the representative to welcome Prof.Dr. Suchatvee Suwansawat President (Acting), King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang and President of Tokai University together with the delegation visiting the embassy on a visit to Japan to meet with Tokyo Governor Koike Yuriko.

In addition, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang has a close relationship with Tokai University as it is the first university to provide scholarships to Alumni of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang to study in Japan.
