On 26 February 2020, upon the assumption of duty as Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, Ambassador Singtong Lapisatepun paid a courtesy call on H.E. Gr. Cr. Prof. Manlio Cadelo, Ambassador of the Republic of San Marino, who is the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps in Japan.
