The Royal Thai Embassy facilitated the return of Thai people in Japan to Thailand by Japan Airline’s special flight.

On 15 July 2020, Thai people living in Japan returned to Thailand by Japan Airline (JAL) flight JL031 from Haneda Airport and arrived in Thailand at 15.40 hours. The repatriation followed the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand’s announcement. The number of passengers was in accordance with the daily quota permitted by the Royal Thai Government as a part of the Government’s preventative measures. The successful repatriation was thankfully to the cooperation with the airlines and relevant government agencies in Thailand.
