Executive Liaison Director of Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition pay a courtesy call on the Ambassador

On 3 September 2020, Mr. TORIYAMAHiroshi, Executive Liaison Director and Mr. ADACHI Fumikazu,Liaison Director, Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition, paid a courtesy call on Ambassador Singtong Lapisatepun to introduce themselves and provide basic information about the World EXPO 2025 in Osaka under the topic of “Designing Future Society for Our Lives” On this occasion, Mr. TORIYAMA also explained about the official logo created by TEAM INARI (Mr. SHIMADA Tamotu) which was selected the best entry among 5,894 entries.The logo represents the ‘brilliance of life’, which Mr. SHIMADA was inspired by artist Taro Okamoto’s Tower of the Sun,the logo of Expo 1970, which was also held in Osaka.
