The launch of a new website for Visa Appointment Booking Online (VABO) of the Royal Thai Embassy in Tokyo starting from 1 May 2022

The Visa Section of the Royal Thai Embassy in Tokyo is scheduled to launch a new website for Visa Appointment Booking Online (VABO) starting from 1 May 2022. Applicants who wish to apply for an appropriate visa at the Visa Section from 1 May 2022 onwards are highly advised to make an online reservation for visa appointment at https://www.thaiconsularservice.jp/tokyo-visa/. The current VABO website (https://vabo.thaiembassy.jp/vabo/index.php) will be available for access only until 30 April 2022.

Please note that one reservation is only for one person. Applicants without reservation will not be accepted to proceed with visa application. Please also present the Temporary Receipt / Booking Reservation upon your visit to the Royal Thai Embassy in Tokyo at the reserved date and time.
