On 1 February 2015, Minister Counsellor Mr.Nattapong Lathapipat and his spouse attended the 68th birthday anniversary of the Thai elephant “Hanako” at Inokashira Park Zoo in Tokyo. Hanako was given by Thailand to Japan in 1949 and is now the oldest elephant nurtured by a zoo in Japan.
Minister Counsellor said that Hanako is indeed an a goodwill ambassador for Thailand and Japan....
