On 1 February 2015, Minister Counsellor Mr.Nattapong Lathapipat and his spouse attended the 68th birthday anniversary of the Thai elephant “Hanako” at Inokashira Park Zoo in Tokyo. Hanako was given by Thailand to Japan in 1949 and is now the oldest elephant nurtured by a zoo in Japan.

On 6 August 2015, Miss Ranida Chamchalerm, Counsellor, went to see paintings of “Hanako” Thai Elephant at Un Petit Garage Art Space in Ginza displayed under the theme of “Animaless Zoo Project INOKASHIRA” and painted by Miss Aki Fueda. Miss Fueda is an artist who is interested in painting memorable and significant subjects. Hanako Elephant is now 68 years old and lives in Inokashira Park Zoo in Tokyo.
