2021年6月1日、シントン・ラーピセートパン大使は、サイサーン・ナガツカ公使参事官（教育）とパッタマワディ・ウアリチット領事と共に、タイから高等専門学校に留学しているタイ人留学生16名とオンライン会談を行いました。会談に参加した学生達は最近日本に到着したばかりでまだ都内のに隔離を実施しており、これから青森県、茨城県、岡山県、宮城県、兵庫県、新潟県など日本各地の高専で学習をします。会談の中で大使は、日本での学業や生活について学生達に向け激励の言葉をかけました。
