On 17 December 2013, Minister Singtong Lapisatepun gave a lecture on “Japanese society, culture, administration, and law structure” for Bangkok Metropolitan Administration visiting group at the Royal Thai Embassy’s Hall.  The group of 45 members, led by Mr. Rugsa Sutin, Director of Legal and Litigation Office, is on its study visit in Japan during 15-21December 2013, to learn about metropolitan administrative law development and capacity building.
