On 23 October 2018, Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag presided over the wreath laying and religious ceremony on the occasion of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Day at Nittaiji Temple in Nagoya city, Aichi Prefecture. 2024年10月23日、愛知県名古屋市にある覚王山日泰寺にてチュラロンコーン大王(ラーマ5世) の記念式典が行われました。ウィッチュ・ウェチャーチーワ大使をはじめ、在大阪総領事、在福岡総領事、タイ関連事務所の所長、タイ王国大使館職員とその配偶者、そして在名古屋名誉総領事とその関係者、名古屋在住のタイ人やタイ人留学生、タイと交流がある日本人の方々が参加しました。式典では敬愛の念を示す献花及び法要が執り行われ、ラーマ5世を偲んで参加者全員による瞑想をしました。
