2024年10月23日、愛知県名古屋市にある覚王山日泰寺にてチュラロンコーン大王(ラーマ5世) の記念式典が行われました。ウィッチュ・ウェチャーチーワ大使をはじめ、在大阪総領事、在福岡総領事、タイ関連事務所の所長、タイ王国大使館職員とその配偶者、そして在名古屋名誉総領事とその関係者、名古屋在住のタイ人やタイ人留学生、タイと交流がある日本人の方々が参加しました。式典では敬愛の念を示す献花及び法要が執り行われ、ラーマ5世を偲んで参加者全員による瞑想をしました。
