2025年2月27日、ウィッチュ・ウェチャーチーワ大使は、パッタモン・パンチャウィーニン参事官とともにOISCAの招待を受け、第46回オイスカ東京フォーラムに出席しました。オイスカ東京フォーラムはアジア・太平洋地域における農業、人材開発、環境保護に関する協力を議論するための年次会議です。
フォーラムには衆議院地域活性化・こども政策・デジタル社会形成に関する特別委員会委員長、Association of Japanese Diet Members Supporting OISCA International Activities事務局長の谷公一氏、中野悦子OISCA理事長、外務省国際協力局の岩上憲三NGO協力推進室長、11ヵ国の大使館代表が参加し、協議しました。また、日本の民間企業も同席しました。
