2015年12月1日、東京都品川区立小山台小学校は、Global School Lunch事業でタイ料理の給食を行い、ナッタポン・ラッタピパット公使参事官を始め大使館職員が参加しました。
今回の訪問では、大使館職員が全校生徒にタイ王国やタイの文化について紹介すると共に、はまっ子ムエタイジムによるムエタイのデモンストレーションが行われ、生徒達はタイについて楽しく学習しました。その後、5年生の教室で給食交流を行い、タイ料理を食べた児童からは「美味しかった」との感想が聞かれました。
