On 4 December 2011, Minister Singtong Lapisatepun and his spouse attended Japan Asia Fine Arts Association’s reception held to commemorate His Majesty the King’s 84th Birthday Anniversary. The Minister welcomed artists from Thai Fine Arts Department, who performed Thai classical dance accompanied by students from Kayoko Akimoto Thai Dance Troupe.
