... attended the Kathina Robe Offering Ceremony at Wat Pathom Wanaram, Japan, in Ibaraki Prefecture. This year, His Holiness Somdet Phra Ariyavongsagatayana, the Supreme Patriarch of Thailand, graciously bestowed the Kathina Robe upon Mr. Suttipong Juljarern, former Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior of Thailand, and his wife, Dr. Wandee Khunchornyakong Juljarern, to present to the temple. On this occasion, the Ambassador also took part in the ceremony inaugurating the temple’s name plaque that indicates the establishment of the temple in February 2025 and planted a commemorative tree.
