On 13 June 2023, H.E. Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, welcomed H.E. Mr. Blamoh Nelson, Ambassador of the Republic of Liberia (soon to be accredited to Thailand with his official residence located in Tokyo), to discuss cooperation between Thailand and Liberia.
