Ambassador Singtong and Madame Porndee give an interview to Japan Foundation on Thai food culture

In addition, Mrs. Porndee presented how to cook the famous Thai papaya salad "Som Tam" and Thai dessert "Tap Tim Grob", demonstrated fruit and vegetable carving, and participated in shooting a video introducing Thai food culture. This Interview and cooking video will be showed at "CROSSCUT ASIA Delicious! Online Film Festival" co-organised by the Japan Foundation Asia Center and the Tokyo International Film Festival during21 January - 3 February 2022.
