On 9 May 2014, Ms. Piyavan Rakpanich, a Thai foreign-service official, received a certificate after her 8-month-completion of the Japanese Language Program organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and Japan Foundation.  The program was to train foreign-service officers in practical Japanese language, culture and Japanese society, including Japan’s foreign policy.
