On 16 February 2016, H.E. Ambassador Bansarn received a courtesy call by Honourable Ms. Harumi Takahashi, Governor of Hokkaido, at the Thai Ambassador’s Residence. Ambassador Bansarn and Governor Takahashi agreed to step up cooperation and exchanges between Thailand and Hokkaido in various areas such as tourism, agriculture and SMEs.
